A Centenary is about looking back at an organisations past, and celebrating what has been achieved over the years.

This series will look back 30 years, and feature club activity from that time. 30 years has been chosen as it is still within memory of several club members - therefore it can accurately be written from a first hand point of view.

This history is not intended to be a comprehensive history of the OTMC, but rather aims to collect trip reports, photos and other information from a time when the club was very active, both in tramping and mountaineering, but also socially.
